This talk covers the symptoms of stress, how stress affects the body, the right way to manage stress and nature’s resources to help us.
Wellbeing days
I also offer half-day corporate wellbeing events and workshops for organisations and charities. These days include elements of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and ayurveda, to give employees a holistic approach to wellness in the workplace.

My daughter, Priya, will led a morning session of Hatha Yoga for beginners. She completed her Teacher Training Certificate at Swasti Yoga in Rishikesh, India.

We will provide some fruits and healthy Indian snacks while people take a quick break to cool down after yoga.

I will give a talk on one of three subjects of your choice: happiness, stress management or mindfulness. These talks will give you some practical tips on health and happiness in the workplace, but they can also be applied to your everyday life!

I will lead a 30 minute meditation sessions for beginners - don't worry if you have never tried meditation before! This will be a simple guided exercise that you can do anytime or anywhere to get some head space.
