I also offer wellbeing talks for employees that offer them some simple and practical solutions to become happier and healthier in the workplace.

    • This talk covers includes different stories and fables with important life lessons for happiness, how to practice acceptance and simple daily exercises you can apply.

  • Become mindful in everday life

    • This talk covers how mindfulness works, how it can be applied in the workplace, different models and techniques to help you become more mindful.

  • Stress management

    • This talk covers the symptoms of stress, how stress affects the body, the right way to manage stress and nature’s resources to help us.

Wellbeing days

I also offer half-day corporate wellbeing events and workshops for organisations and charities. These days include elements of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and ayurveda, to give employees a holistic approach to wellness in the workplace.

  • My daughter, Priya, will led a morning session of Hatha Yoga for beginners. She completed her Teacher Training Certificate at Swasti Yoga in Rishikesh, India.

  • We will provide some fruits and healthy Indian snacks while people take a quick break to cool down after yoga.

  • I will give a talk on one of three subjects of your choice: happiness, stress management or mindfulness. These talks will give you some practical tips on health and happiness in the workplace, but they can also be applied to your everyday life!

  • I will lead a 30 minute meditation sessions for beginners - don't worry if you have never tried meditation before! This will be a simple guided exercise that you can do anytime or anywhere to get some head space.

  • My daughter, Priya, will give a brief introduction to the Indian system for health, called Ayurveda, which will introduce you to herbal and natural ways to keep your mind and body healthy.
