What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a technique that relaxes the mind and body allowing direct communication with the unconscious mind. In an hypnotic state the unconscious mind is highly responsive to suggestion and direction.

A hypnotherapist helps by communicating with your unconscious mind, placing new instructions, which can have a strong effect in the wakeful state.

Hypnotherapy uses the natural abilities of your own mind to safely bring about the changes you require.
