Hello, my name is Suresh Sippy. I am a clinical hypnotherapist, a life coach and a mindfulness practitioner.
About me
Hi, I’m Suresh.
For the past 20 years I have worked with over 1,000 clients, helping them deal with issues such as anxiety, PTSD, addiction, stress, phobias and sleep problems.
My approach to therapy combines both philosophies from East and West. Growing up in India, I was exposed to Eastern techniques for wellbeing, such as mindfulness, meditation and yogic breathing.
I combine these techniques with approaches such as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy to provide my clients a holistic experience.
My journey began at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and I am a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Outside of hypnotherapy, my passion is acting and writing. I have published two books including a book of poems about life. I have been married for 38 years and have two children.

I offer weekly mindfulness and meditation classes, as well as one hour psychology talks on topics such as stress management, hacks for happiness and becoming more mindful in your daily life.
Together with my daughter, Priya, who is a trained yoga instructor, we offer corporate wellness days, allowing employees to unwind, and learn some simple tools to help them become more alert, focused and happier at work.
